By purchasing Rapid Adapt Pedal Extensions, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following:

  1. Rapid Adapt LLC is not responsible for any injury, death, or destruction of property that may occur as a result of the use or installation of the Rapid Adapt Pedal Extensions.
  2. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to properly install and use the Rapid Adapt Pedal Extensions and to follow all instructions and warnings provided by Rapid Adapt LLC.

  3. You acknowledge that you are using the Rapid Adapt Pedal Extensions at your own risk and that Rapid Adapt will not be held liable for any damages or injuries that may result from the use of these products.

  4. You release Rapid Adapt and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or installation of the Rapid Adapt Pedal Extensions.

By purchasing the Rapid Adapt Pedal Extensions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this liability waiver and that you accept all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
