Order Processing Times

• In-stock items ship within 3 business days whenever possible.

• Preorder items will ship as soon as they are available. Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via standard tracked shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout. Delivery times will vary based on destination and carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly marked.

Split Shipments

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.

Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to ship on schedule, but carrier delays, weather issues, or supply chain disruptions may occasionally impact delivery timing. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they have shipped.
